Victoria Sydun - Principal

Victoria has been practicing law since 1985. Her aim in establishing Sydun & Co was to provide a broad range of legal services but to remain small enough to be able to work closely and co-operatively with her clients to assist them with all their legal needs.

Victoria has extensive experience in commercial work, property and litigation, especially in the areas of commercial litigation, general litigation and family/de facto relationships law. She also acts as an advocate in various courts and tribunals.

She has many loyal small business clients and provides them with advice and assistance in all aspects of running a small business, such as buying and selling businesses, commercial agreements such as joint ventures franchising, leases, purchase of land and other property, finance and debt recovery.

Michael West - Consultant

Michael joined Sydun & Co. in 1992 after working for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and Allen Allen & Hemsley where he provided advice and drafted contracts for a wide variety of clients in the media and technology areas. He has lectured in various areas of law at Macquarie University and for Legal Accounting and Management Seminars Pty Limited (LAAMS).

Michael has wide ranging experience in commercial work, intellectual property, employment disputes and litigation, including personal injury litigation and intellectual property, commercial and industrial litigation. He acts as an advocate in industrial disputes and in other courts and tribunals.
